Bodies Of Missing Uncle, Nephew Found In Lake Norman
Two family members went missing while boating on Saturday. They were both found dead on Sunday.
CORNELIUS, NC — The bodies of two boaters who went missing over the weekend have been found, according to reports. Frederick Martin and his nephew, Ernest Norris Jr., were found Sunday.
The two were boating in Lake Norman, Fox46 reports, when they went missing. Authorities got the call of an overturned boat in a cove early Saturday, sparking a search by the Charlotte, Mecklenburg County and Lake Norman fire departments.
North Carolina Wildlife confirmed that two bodies were found. WSOC reported the two relatives are from Mooresville.

Martin's body was found around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Fox46 reported, near McCrary Creek on the lake. Ernest's body was found around 11 p.m.
