Bus Driver Of Myers Park High Students Charged With DWI
Students were returning from a New York trip when they crashed near Concord Mills

CHARLOTTE, NC -- The driver of a chartered bus bringing Myers Park High School students home from a New York City trip has been charged with driving while intoxicated following a Sunday evening accident.

Bus driver Jorge Ospina hit a box truck on I-85 around 6:30 p.m. April 2 when traffic slowed near Concord Mills, WSOCTV reported. There were no injuries and the bus, operated by Sunway Charters of Winston-Salem, had minor damages.
