Send your friend your ticket confirmation. They will then be able to pick up your wristband.
🔵 Can I check in my entire group? YES
If you ordered for a group, you or anyone in your group can check everyone in at once and pick up the wristbands.
🔵 Can I check in after Check-In closes? NO
If you cannot make it to Check-in before it closes, please have one of your friends pick up your wristband early by forwarding your ticket.
🔵 Once checked in, can I join the Crawl late? YES
After you picked up your wristbands, feel free to join the Crawl later. However, all wristband privileges (eg. free welcome shots, covers and drink specials) are not valid after the event has officially finished.

We’re committed to creating memorable experiences for all our participants. While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, certain situations may arise where refunds are not applicable.
No Refunds for the Following Situations:- No-shows or failure to attend the event after purchase.- Missing the mandatory event check-in time or failing to follow check-in instructions.- Lost or misplaced wristbands, which are required for event participation.- Being denied entry into a venue due to venue policies, personal conduct, dress code violations, or other reasons beyond our control.- Being denied a welcome shot at any venue. Please note, serving welcome shots is at the discretion of the venue staff and depends on individual circumstances, such as customer behavior or state alcohol laws. Welcome shots are not unlimited, and once a venue runs out, we encourage guests to visit other participating bars to redeem their welcome shot tab.
Alternative Compensation:Depending on the situation, complimentary tickets to an upcoming event may be issued.
Ticket Transferability:If you cannot attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. Simply provide them with the ticket and inform us of the name change.
Event Changes:We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venues, or participating bars due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the event will continue as planned with comparable venues or experiences. Refunds will not be issued due to these adjustments.

The Humane Society of Charlotte is teaming up with Vaulted Oak Brewing for a night of animal-themed trivia, local craft beer and prizes. Grab your smartest friends, form a team and put your knowledge of all things furry, feathered and four-legged to the test.
The event is free to attend, and guests are welcome to simply show up and play. Proceeds from the evening will support the Humane Society of Charlotte and its work providing lifesaving care, affordable veterinary services, adoptions and community programs.

A highlight of the month is the kick-off of a uniquely interactive community treasure hunt that sparks local residents to find 125 hand-painted pineapple rocks hidden in and around the Charlotte area and participating Uptown Chalotte businesses including some that can be redeemed for DOLE® Pineapples, merchandise and other prizes. In honor of the holiday and Dole’s Uptown Charlotte U.S. headquarters, Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles has officially proclaimed June 27, 2026, as “Charlotte Pineapple Day.”	 	 Dole’s Quasquicentennial celebration honors the foresight of a 24-year-old James Drummond Dole who planted his first pineapple plants in Wahiawa, Hawaii, in 1901 to found the Hawaiian Pineapple Company, which later became Dole. As part of its "Sweet Surprise Pineapple Hunt," Dole team members are hiding 125 rocks hand-painted with pineapple-themed messages of positivity and inspiration in and around Uptown Charlotte.
