Charlotte Police Investigating Sunday Homicide
CMPD has launched a homicide investigation after a man was shot and killed Sunday afternoon.
CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have identified a 34 year-old man who was shot and killed Sunday afternoon.
Around 4 p.m. June 4, CMPD responded to the 4500 block of Wynbrook Way for a call for an assault with a deadly weapon and found victim Lucas Lorenzo Baldwin had been shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics.
Homicide detectives continue to investigate this crime and ask anyone with information to call 704-432-TIPS.
