Charlotte Police Search For Possible Witnesses To Weekend Slaying
A 7-Eleven employee was shot in the early hours Saturday morning. Charlotte police now want to talk to these potential witnesses.
CHARLOTTE, NC -- Police are circulating photos of five people they say may be potential witnesses to the slaying of 7-Eleven employee in south Charlotte over the weekend.
The employee, who has been identified as 55-year-old Khaled Mohamad Elmerkabaoui, was found shot to death by customers who entered the store at 735 Westinghouse Boulevard and called 911, shortly before 3:30 a.m., Dec. 9, police said.
Paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
