CMPD Says These Men Cut Off Their Ankle Monitors. Have You Seen Them?

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are looking for two men who have cut off their electronic monitors. Have you seen them?

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have lost track of two men have cut off their electronic monitoring devices, and are asking for the public’s help in locating them.

Rolander Yarbough Grice, who was wearing a device as part of pre-trial release, is wanted for larceny of a firearm, creaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, communicating threats, stalking and damage to property. The charge of interfering with an electronic monitoring device was added when he cut it off June 5. He was last known to be in the area of 210 E. Trade Street in Charlotte.

Also wanted in a separate case is Donald Geoffrey Sherman, whose charges include breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony conspiracy and damage to property. He was last known to be near Sherman Drive in Charlotte before he cut off his electronic monitor June 6, according to CMPD.

Police ask that anyone with information about Grice or Sherman call the Electronic Monitoring Unit at 704-432-8888 or call 911.
