CMS Middle School Teacher Arrested For Sex Assault Of Student
A teacher at Alexander Graham Middle School has been arrested and charged with sexual assault of a student he was tutoring.
CHARLOTTE, NC -- A teacher at Alexander Graham Middle School has been arrested for sexually assaulting a student he was tutoring in his home, Charlotte police say.
Charles Ray Naas, Jr., 26, was arrested July 1, and charged with indecent liberties with a student by a teacher and sex act with a student. The alleged incident occurred in Naas’ home when the juvenile victim was there for tutoring.
CMPD investigators are working to determine if there are other victims and ask anyone with information about this case to contact Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
