CMS School Bus With Children On Board Slams Into Building
The school bus was lodged in the front of a building along Statesville Road in north Charlotte, according to reports.
CHARLOTTE, NC — A Charlotte-Mecklenburg School bus with students on board headed to Ranson Middle School crashed into a building in north Charlotte Thursday morning, according to reports.
The accident occurred around 8:30 a.m. along Statesville Road and Norris Avenue, bringing traffic along the heavily trafficked road to a standstill, WBTV reported.
The bus, identified as #509, was en route to Ranson Middle School located at 5850 Statesville Road.

The station reported that there were some injuries, however a medic responder told the station that they were minor injuries.
Charlotte police are investigating.
