Concern For Missing Charlotte Woman’s Safety: CMPD
Megan Stack of Charlotte and her 8-year-old daughter went missing Monday, and there's concern for their safety, police say.
CHARLOTTE, NC -- A Charlotte woman and her 8-year-old daughter are missing and there is concern for their safety, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police. Megan Stack, 33, has not been seen since she left her home on Cloister Drive in south Charlotte Dec. 4 around 1:30 p.m.
CMPD confirmed Tuesday morning that Stack also has her daughter, Ava, with her. "Because of Megan Stack's emotional state and recent behavior, there is serious concern for their safety," CMPD said Dec. 5.
Stack, who was driving a silver 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with a paper tag, was last seen wearing a maroon jacket, pants and black boots. She is described as a white female, about five-foot four-inches tall.

CMPD asks that anyone with information about her location contact 911 immediately or Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
