Crime Stopping Pays: Meth Trafficker Captured, Police Say

A $400 reward was given to the person who called Crime Stoppers with info on him.

CHARLOTTE, NC — A man was captured thanks to an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.

The department posted this image on their Facebook page, outlining what Crime Stoppers does and how citizens can use it to help put away criminals and make a few bucks in the process.

The anonymous caller who gave them information on Brian Storms, a man wanted for methamphetamine trafficking and other drug-related charges, received a $400 award.
