Emmet Cahill Live in Charlotte

Emmet Cahill, Irish Tenor

Emmet Cahill, one of Ireland’s most exciting young tenors and a principal vocalist with the popular Irish music show Celtic Thunder, will be in concert at St. John's Baptist Church on Friday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Cahill's concert will include selections from his number-one World Music album, “Emmet Cahill’s Ireland,” with classics such as “Danny Boy”, “When Irish Eyes Are Smiling” and “An Irish Lullaby.” He’ll also perform Broadway standards, nostalgic favorites and well-loved hymns.

2017 was a banner year for Cahill. In addition to releasing a number-one album, he made his U.S. solo symphony debut with Space Coast Symphony Orchestra and was the guest artist with Symphony of the Mountains. He opened the prestigious New York City St. Patrick’s Day parade with a performance of “Danny Boy.”
