Employees in one restaurant kitchen kept their drinks in a food prep area, according to recent inspections. Here's a list of heath grades.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Recent kitchen inspections at a Charlotte-area restaurant found 10 health violations, which dropped its health score to a "B," according to Mecklenburg County public health officials.

County health officials recently inspected 88 restaurants in the Charlotte-metro area. Of those restaurants, Morazan Restaurant, 201 Archdale Drive received “B” health grades.

An inspection at Morazan documented 10 violations, including employee drinks sitting in food prep areas, employees coming in through the back door and begin food preparation without washing their hands and several food items, including ceviche, kept at improper temperatures.
