Former Presidents Travel To Charlotte To Pay Respects To Graham
Bill Clinton and George W. Bush are among the dignitaries expected to travel to Charlotte this week to pay respects to Rev. Billy Graham.

CHARLOTTE, NC β President Donald Trump, along with former presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, are expected to make their way to Charlotte this week to pay their respects to Rev. Billy Graham.
Graham, who transformed American religious life through his preaching and activism, becoming a counselor to presidents and the most widely heard Christian evangelist in history, died Feb. 21. He was 99. Graham, who long suffered from cancer, pneumonia and other ailments, died at his home in North Carolina, according spokesman Mark DeMoss.
Saturday, a motorcade carrying Graham traveled through his home state of North Carolina as drivers pulled over and well-wishers lined freeway overpasses to watch the tribute. The procession was part of more than a week of mourning that culminates with his burial March 2 at the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte.

Graham is scheduled to lie in repose at the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte through Tuesday, Feb. 27. Wednesday, his casket will lie in honor in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda.

Bush, along with his wife Laura, are expected to attend the lie in repose in Charlotte around 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, according to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. The couple is expected to be greeted by Grahamβs son, Franklin, the Charlotte Observer reported.
Clinton is expected to attend Tuesday, Feb. 27, however, no time has been announced.

President Donald Trump is expected to attend the funeral Friday, according to the Observer.
