Charlotte's July 4, 2017: Fireworks, Parades, Street Party
Fourth of July is coming up and there are heaps of opportunities to celebrate. Here's what's going on in the Charlotte region.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Thereβs no better way to celebrate our nationβs independence than getting outside, hearing music, hanging with friends and, of course, catching a live firework display. This year, July 4th is on a Tuesday, but thatβs not slowing down celebrations in the Charlotte and Lake Norman region.
Keep your outdoor fourth of July holiday weekend plans flexible because the Charlotte region will likely see periods of thunderstorms through early next week, according to a National Weather Service forecast.
