Few nights are more exciting for kids than Halloween. Here's what you need to make sure you're prepared with the right candy in N.C.

NORTH CAROLINA — Experienced trick-or-treaters know certain houses just have better candy than others in the neighborhood. CandyStore, an online candy retailer, found each state’s favorite Halloween candy by combing through 11 years of sales data, and focusing on the months leading up to the holiday.
