Here Are North Carolina Thanksgiving Grocery Store Hours
If you forgot to buy gravy again, don't fret. Here are the stores open on Thanksgiving.

We’ve all been there. It’s Thanksgiving morning. The oven is warm, the kitchen is toasty and the turkey is stuffed. You turn to the potatoes and it hits you like a ton of bricks — you forgot to buy gravy.
Don’t fret, you’re not alone. Few things seem to be able to unify Americans these days, but one of them is that overwhelming feeling of dread when you realize a key ingredient for that perfect Thanksgiving feast never made it into the shopping cart. Fortunately, many grocery stores in North Carolina will remain open on “Turkey Day,” at least for a little while. And we’ve rounded them up for your convenience so that you don’t have to hear Uncle Timmy once again complain that the mashed potatoes would be perfect if only he had just a little gravy.
