I-77 Toll Lane Construction Project: Anticipate These Lane Closures

HUNTERSVILLE, NC -- Charlotte commuters should expect lane closures on I-77 and I-85 this week as part of the toll-road construction project, according to project developer, I-77 Mobility Partners.

According to I-77 Mobility Partners, lane closures from June 12 - June 18 will include the following:

Lane Closures: June 12-18, 2017
Northbound I-77
Expect lane closures from Exit 11 to Exit 13 (including work on ramps) as follows:

• Monday, June 12 to Thursday, June 15 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Expect lane closures from the I-485/I-77 Interchange to Exit 25 as follows:

• Monday, June 12 to Wednesday, June 14 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Expect lane closures from Exit 25 to Exit 30 as follows:

• Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Expect moving lane closures from the I-485/I-77 Interchange to just north of Exit 36 as follows:

• Tuesday, June 13 to Thursday, June 15 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Expect lane closures from Exit 35 to just north of Exit 36 as follows:

• Thursday, June 15 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Southbound I-77
Expect moving lane closures from just north of Exit 36 to the I-485/I-77 Interchange as follows:

• Tuesday, June 13 to Thursday, June 15 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Expect lane closures from Exit 33 to Exit 25 as follows:

• Monday, June 12 to Thursday, June 15 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

I-277
Exit/Ramp 5A will be closed on I-277 as follows:

• Monday, June 12 to Saturday, June 17 from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
