Man Enters Charlotte’s Bruns Academy With Knife: Report

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte police have reportedly taken into custody a man who entered Bruns Academy with a knife. The Wednesday morning incident occurred around 8 a.m. when a man entered the main doors of the S. Bruns Ave. school with a knife in his hand, prompting the school to go into lockdown, WSOC reported. He fled but was later apprehended by police, who continue to look for the weapon.
