Man Shot To Death Early Tuesday Morning In West Charlotte
Charlotte police have launched a homicide investigation after Keith Lawrence Ross was found shot to death Tuesday morning.
CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have launched a homicide investigation after finding a man shot to death in West Charlotte in the early morning hours Tuesday.
CMPD said it received a call for service in the 2900 block of Botany Street in West Charlotte around 2 a.m. May 16. Responding officers found the victim, later identified as Keith Lawrence Ross, 30, inside a home. Ross had been shot and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers are canvassing the neighborhood in search of witnesses for this active, ongoing investigation, CMPD said.
