Mecklenburg County Wants To Hear Your Thoughts On Community Health
Mecklenburg County officials are conducting a community health survey. Here's what you need to know to participate.
CHARLOTTE, NC -- What are your thoughts on health in your community? Mecklenburg County officials want to know and are asking county residents to let their thoughts be known in a new survey.
The Mecklenburg Community Health Assessment, found here, is conducted every four years and gives county health officials an overview of prioritization needs throughout the county.
The survey is in English or Spanish, is anonymous and takes less than five minutes.
