Meet Santa At SouthPark Mall

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Start spreading Christmas cheer early this year -- and get some holiday shopping done -- at SouthPark Mall starting this weekend.

Families can get their photos taken with Santa from now through Sunday, Dec. 24. Photo packages are available, with prices ranging from $24.99 to $49.99.

Santa’s hours are:

• Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Children with special needs will have an opportunity to have a private photo with Santa by reservation on Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to noon, and again on Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Want your pet’s photo taken with Santa? SouthPark is hosting Pet Photos with Santa Paws event on Sunday, Dec. 10 at Center Court from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Winter Wonderland Skating Rink will be open Nov. 17 through Jan. 8. Admission to the 5,000-square-foot ice skating rink is $12, and admission with skate rental is $17. The rink is located at 4400 Sharon Road at Symphony Park in the parking lot behind Dick’s Sporting Goods.

SouthPark Mall is located at 4400 Sharon Road in Charlotte. The mall is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
