Men of Windsor Run Group Connects Residents Through Community and Fellowship

Matthews, N.C. - June is Men's Health Month and men at Windsor Run, an Erickson Senior Living community in Matthews, N.C., are taking an active role in prioritizing their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Recently, Windsor Run Associate Executive Director John David was the guest speaker at the Men of Windsor meeting. John shared his story about how he came to Windsor Run, his family, and more. John also treated the men to a delicious breakfast, just like his grandma used to cook for him.

From participating in fitness classes to teaching lifelong learning programs and volunteering through resident-led initiatives, men at Windsor Run are fostering connection, purpose, and social engagement within the community.
