Murder Suspect Wanted By FBI Could Be In Charlotte
Elliott Avery Starks is wanted for a brutal 2016 murder in Washington, D.C. and could be in Charlotte, the FBI says.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- A man wanted for the brutal stabbing death of a woman in Washington, D.C., in 2016 and considered armed and dangerous could be in the Charlotte area, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said Monday.
Elliott Avery Starks, 34, is being sought for the Nov. 8, 2016 murder of Antina Pratt, 40, who was found stabbed multiple times on the Suitland Parkway-Buena Vista Bike Trail in Southeast D.C.
Starks is described a black male, about 165 pounds, 5’11” tall, with brown eyes, a medium complexion and black hair, according to the FBI. He could be in North Carolina, South Carolin or possibly the Atlanta area, the agency said.
