UPDATE: North Carolina Vs. Butler Nail Biter To The End

UPDATE: North Carolina, the last of the ACC Teams in the NCAA Tournament, bested its "Sweet 16" rival Butler University Friday night, advancing to the next round. The Tar Heels wrapped up their third round game 92-80, and now head to the "Elite Eight."

CHARLOTTE, NC – And then there were four. Rounds left in the NCAA men's basketball tournament, that is. We’re down to the Sweet 16, and bracket-based trash-talking and tears are already sweeping the land.

North Carolina fans will have another opportunity to see the Tar Heels play Friday, March 24. Getting to this point in the tournament is old hat for the team. The university has played in 19 Final Fours, and won five championships. But after Duke’s stunning loss to South Carolina, perhaps nothing should be taken for granted.

What, too soon? Potential grudges aside, the third round’s South Carolina vs. Baylor game is going to be one to watch.
