This Is North Carolina’s Favorite Gas Station Coffee
Who needs those frothy froufrou drinks? Gas station coffee is apparently quite popular in America. Here's the favorite in North Carolina.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Saturday, Sept. 29, was National Coffee Day, and Americans apparently love their gas station coffee. That’s according to GasBuddy, which says more than 75 percent of ratings for gas station coffee in its mobile app are positive.
Buc-ee’s, which is mainly found in Texas, had the highest ratings for coffee, GasBuddy says. Pennsylvania-based Wawa and Massachusetts-based Cumberland Farms tied for second.
GasBuddy looked at more than 3 million coffee ratings covering 150,000 retail locations where gas is sold to determine the top-ranked gas stations for coffee and the best gas station coffee in every state.

In North Carolina, QuickTrip was rated as having the best gas station coffee.
