UPDATE: 19-Year-Old Missing Charlotte Woman Found

Charlotte police have called off a search for a 19-year-old woman who went missing Monday and say she's now home with her family.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- A police search for a 19-year-old Charlotte woman with cognitive issues who went missing Monday night has been called off after the woman was found by a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officer Tuesday morning.

CMPD announced a search for Archiana Flemming earlier Aug. 22, saying she went missing after she left her home in the 2200 block of Bancroft Street around 8 p.m. Aug. 21. Around 15 minutes later, she was spotted at the Family Dollar store at 2022 North Graham Street with an unknown man.

CMPD said they did not suspect the man of committing a crime, but that they needed help identifying him so they can speak with him regarding the search for Flemming.
