Police Search On For Home Invasion Suspects

CMPD says these men are wanted in connection with an armed home invasion where a firearm and drugs were stolen.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte police have made one arrest and are asking for the public’s help in locating two remaining suspects they say are wanted in connection to an armed home invasion in southeast Charlotte Tuesday.

The late night robbery in the 7700 block of Timber Commons Lane Nov. 28 occurred around 9:45 p.m. when three suspects broke into a home with guns pointed at the victim and stole a firearm, drugs and other property, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said.

During the investigation, CMPD detectives found a vehicle in a parking lot that the suspects drove to the scene but left behind. “Evidence gathered from the vehicle assisted detectives in locating surveillance images of one of the suspects,” which led to the arrest of Tyreese Montrail Beasley, 20, CMPD said.
