A 35-year-old married father of two and a Wesley Chapel resident, Nemec previously worked in corporate customer service. However, he always had a goal of one day working for himself. While in corporate America, he learned an important element of what it takes to be successful. “I learned the importance of good customer service, regardless of the type or size of your company,” Nemec said. “I realized it would be an important part of finding success when I ultimately went out on my own and I’ve never forgotten it.”
