Search On For Larceny Suspect Who Cut Off Monitor: CMPD
Timothy William O'Neal, 54, is wanted for breaking into vehicles and larceny, according to Charlotte police.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte police are asking for the community’s help locating a man they say is wanted for breaking into vehicles and larceny after he cut off a court-ordered electronic monitoring device.
According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Timothy William O’Neal, 54, cut off the device he was ordered to wear as a condition of his pretrial release on March 20. He was last known to be near 2437 Central Avenue, CMPD said.
O’Neal is wanted for two counts of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking and entering and felony larceny. He is now also wanted on charges of damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.

O’Neal is described as 5-foot, 5-inches tall and 140 pounds.
