Soggy, Warmer Week Ahead For Charlotte-Metro Area
The frigid chill moves out and warmer temperatures and rain are moving in this week.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- The arctic chill that has hovered over the Queen City metro area for more than a week is finally moving out this week, which means the Charlotte area will start to see warming temperatures. How warm? According to forecasters, temperatures could reach the mid-60s by Friday.
This week will also be one to keep your umbrella handy, as there’s a chance of rain every day this week.
While spring-like temperatures on on their way, there’s still a chance for winter weather Monday due to rain moving into the region in the afternoon, according to National Weather Service forecasters.
