Man Pulled From Rubble Of Leveled South Charlotte Home: Report
Recuers located a man amid rubble of a south Charlotte home that was leveled in an explosion Tuesday afternoon, according to reports.
CHARLOTTE, NC — A man has been located in the rubble of a south Charlotte home that was leveled in an explosion that was felt for blocks Tuesday afternoon, according to reports.
The structural collapse of the home located in the 11000 block of James Jack Lane was due to fire, according to Charlotte Fire Department. More than 80 firefighters were actively working at the scene.
The man found at the scene was conscious and was airlifted to an area hospital, Fox 46 reported.

WCCB reported that two people from homes near the site were being evaluated on site for non life-threatening injuries.
Fire officials have not released details about the cause of the explosion.
