City Councilmember Hightower Hosts October 1 Virtual Town Hall Meeting, Greensboro

Greensboro City Council District 1 representative, Sharon Hightower, is hosting a virtual town hall meeting from 6:30-8 pm, Thursday, October 1 on Zoom. The town hall is open to all Greensboro residents.

Topics for the town hall include updates on barrier free transportation, the City’s 10-year housing plan, economic development projects, MWBE, the committee on African American disparity and Hightower’s Love Your Block initiative, as well as an update from the City Manager, David Parrish . Residents will also have the opportunity for a question and answer session with Councilmember Hightower.

Anyone interested in participating must send an email to virtualcomment@greensboro-nc.gov to request the Zoom invitation from Councilmember Hightower.
