If you want to participate in the meeting and/or submit comments about any public hearing items, follow these steps:
- Email the City by 12 noon Monday, April 20.
- To request access to participate in the meeting, send your full name and identify which public hearing item or items you want to address. You will then be sent instructions on how to participate, including a unique password that can't be used by anyone else.
- To submit comments, send your full name and identify which public hearing item or items the comments refer to.
- Submit typed comments only and do not embed videos in your email.
All public comments received by the City will be posted on this Web page before the meeting.
