The Guilford County Division of Public Health (GCDPH) is advising of the upcoming COVID-19 vaccination community clinic schedule:

High Point, NC:

• October 21: Vann York Honda, 11 AM - 2 PM (422 Eastchester Dr, 27262)
• November 4: Eleanor Health, 4 – 6 PM (206 Gatewood Ave, 27262)

Greensboro, NC:

• October 21: Windsor Recreation Center, 9 AM – 1 PM (1601 E Gate City Blvd, 27401)
• October 29: St. Matthews UMC, 6 PM – 8 PM (600 E Florida St, 27406)
• October 29: Raleigh’s Crossroads UMC, 11 AM – 1 PM (715 Guilford College Rd, 27409)
• November 4: East White Oak Baptist, 10 AM – 1 PM (1815 Water St, 27405)

Stokesdale, NC:

• October 27: Stokesdale UMC, 10 AM – 1 PM (8305 Loyola Dr, 27357) 

Appointments may be scheduled:

• Walk- in appointments available for first dose vaccinations only. Booster dose and additional dose appointments require pre-registration.
