The tournament is offered in partnership with INNOVA Disc Golf, the course designers. Greensboro Parks and Recreation built the course with funds from a $250,000 Land and Water Conservation Fund grant as part of Phase II of Keely Park development, which will include a renovated playground, sprayground, and community garden. A Phase II groundbreaking will take place later this year.
