NcWorks Hosting A Drive-Thru Career Fair With Three Employers

The NCWorks Career Center in Greensboro is hosting a Drive-Thru Career Fair for positions available through FirstLight Home Care.

The NCWorks Career Center in Greensboro is hosting a Drive-Thru Career Fair for positions available through FirstLight Home Care, Allegiance Staffing and Walmart from 10 am to 2 pm, Wednesday, September 30 at 2301 West Meadowview Rd. The first 30 minutes of the career fair are reserved for veterans.

Representatives from FirstLight Home Care, Allegiance Staffing, and Walmart will be on-site and ready to hire. Available positions and starting wages are listed below:
• FirstLight Home Care: Home Health Aides, $9 – $19 per hour.
• Walmart High Point Super Center: Cashiers, Stockers and Customer Service, $11+ per hour.
• Allegiance Staffing: Clerical, Manufacturing, CNC, Forklift, Machine Operators, $10 – $23 per hour.

Machine operators should have experience operating or setting up machinery in a manufacturing environment. Forklift positions require experience operating a forklift, reach truck, or tow motor.

Applicants must provide a resume and contact information to NCWorks Career Center and have an active NCWorks registration. Staff will be on hand to assist anyone needing to register. To register in advance visit this website. Safety protocols, such as the wearing of face masks and social distancing practices, are required for those attending the event.
