The City had an 16-inch water main break on February 5. Water crews are on site today from 9 am to 4 pm to replace the water line's broken section. Westbound lanes of traffic on W. Friendly Avenue between Starmount and Plummer drives are closed and will remain closed until the work is complete. Motorists should avoid the area if possible or expect delays traveling through the work zone.
