Water Resources Department had been using the Washington Street entrance of the Melvin Municipal Office Building (MMOB), 300 W. Washington St., for all its customer service needs while the J. Edward Kitchen Operations Center’s service area was closed.
As of January 4, MMOB’s customer service area will return to an in-person only bill payment location. And as of that date, J. Edward Kitchen Operations Center will once again be the one-stop location for all water and sewer service needs.
