• Roundabout Project Coming to N.C. 55, Indian Springs Road in Mount Olive (goldsborodailynews.com) — Drivers in Mount Olive should prepare for big changes at N.C. 55 and Indian Springs Road, where a $2.9 million project will replace the current all-way stop with a single-lane roundabout. Construction is expected to start in January, bringing detours, a roughly three-week full intersection closure, and a new all-way stop at Indian Springs Road and North Church Street.

Behind standout hitting from Olivia Melvin and strong defense from Kacey Gore, Mount Olive improved its record and now turns around quickly to host Southern Wesleyan at home this Saturday afternoon.
