Breaking And Entering Suspect On The Lam: CMPD
Zachery Paul Toth is wanted on multiple breaking and entering charges. He cut off his monitor in Plaza Midwood Tuesday, CMPD said.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are asking for the community’s help locating a suspect wanted for multiple breaking and entering charges after cutting off his court-ordered electronic monitor, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
According to a police report, Zachary Paul Toth, 26,cut off the monitor Tuesday that he was ordered by the courts to wear as a condition of pretrial release. He now also wanted on charges of damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
Toth was last known to be in the area of 2808 Central Avenue in Charlotte, CMPD said. He is described as 5 foot, 10 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.

CMPD asks that anyone with information about his whereabouts contact the Electronic Monitoring Unit at 704-432-8888, option #3 or call 911.
