Police On Hunt For Chevy Impala Involved In Fatal Hit And Run
Charlotte police are asking for the public's help in finding this car they say was used in a fatal hit and run over the weekend.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte police are on the hunt for a silver Chevrolet Impala with a smashed left front that they say was responsible for striking and killing a 46 year-old wheelchair-bound pedestrian over the weekend.
The deadly scene unfolded around 12:40 a.m. in the 700 block of West Sugar Creek Road Oct. 28, when Dandy Eugene Duncan was attempting to cross the road at the driveway of Americare Pediatrics.
The 46-year-old man was not crossing inside a crosswalk, was wearing dark clothing and his wheelchair did not have reflectors, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police. He was taken to Carolinas Medical Center for treatment by paramedics and was pronounced dead at 2:32 a.m.
