Robber Threatened To Shoot Clerk In Early Morning Heist: CMPD
The robber threatened the clerk as he grabbed cash from the register, but never showed a gun, police said.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are on the hunt for a robber who threatened to shoot a convenience store clerk as he grabbed cash from the register at a Graham Street Circle K early Friday morning.
The July 13 robbery occurred around 1 a.m. at the Circle K store located at 701 N. Graham Street, according to Charlotte police.
According to a CMPD report, the robbery suspect entered the store and took the money, issuing the threats to shoot. “A gun was not seen, but was implied,” the report said.

After grabbing the cash, the male suspect ran from the store in the direction of West 10th Street, CMPD said.
CMPD described the suspect as a black male in his early 20’s, about five-foot, six-inches tall with a medium build.
