Teen Wanted For Assault With Deadly Weapon On The Run: CMPD
Bryson Talik Jones, 16, cut off his court-ordered electronic monitoring device Monday, according to Charlotte police.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte police are asking for the public’s help locating a 16-year-old suspect, who they say is on the run after cutting off an electronic monitoring device Monday.
According to a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department report, Bryson Talik Jones, 16, cut off the device he was court ordered to wear as a condition of his pre-trial release Oct. 1, and was last known to be in the area of 9842 Bayview Parkway in Charlotte.
Jones is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon, as well as damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device, CMPD said. He is described as 6-foot tall and about 130 pounds.

Police ask anyone with information about his whereabouts contact the Electronic Monitoring Unit at 704-432-8888, option #3 or call 911.
