Two-part plan aims to protect upstream farmers from Fargo-Moorhead flood diversion losses (kfgo.com) — Federal and local officials in Horace have unveiled a two-part plan to protect farmers whose land could be flooded by the Fargo-Moorhead diversion project, including a $25 million crop loss fund. The federal lawsuit, which defendants dispute, alleges improper installation and use of a residential slide in a commercial pool, with a jury trial set in Fargo for 2028.
