Fargo Theatre to use Ticketmaster for upcoming C More Events (valleynewslive.com) — Fargo Theatre is shifting ticket sales for new C More Events shows to Ticketmaster, following bankruptcy troubles involving Jade Presents and Tickets300. If you've been left without tickets or refunds, a proposed merger and bankruptcy plan could help recover some money through Jade's remaining assets and ongoing litigation in North Dakota bankruptcy court.
   

2. Portion of FM Area Diversion Project road closed near Oxbow after cracking found (valleynewslive.com) — Drivers heading between Fargo-Moorhead and Oxbow are dealing with a temporary closure on County Road 81, where cracking was found in pavement and embankment along the FM Area Diversion Project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and contractors shut the road Sept. 1 for repairs, and residents worry about longer emergency response times while crews work to reopen it safely.
   

3. West Fargo man puts up hundreds of flags for Labor Day (kfgo.com) — In nearby West Fargo, longtime resident Mike Kiernan has spent two decades lining neighborhood streets with about 200 small American flags on patriotic holidays. Working alongside his grandchildren, he uses the display to honor veterans, celebrate workers, and pass down his family's World War II service legacy to the next generation across the Fargo–West Fargo area.
   

4. Metro Quilt Expo (fargounderground.com) — Quilters and quilt fans across Fargo are invited to the Metro Quilt Expo on September 25–26 at Veterans Memorial Arena in West Fargo, featuring exhibits, demos, raffles, and a large vendor market. With affordable admission, free entry for youth, and a chance to see award-winning quilts, it's a major every-other-year gathering for the Fargo–Moorhead–West Fargo creative community.
   

5. Jeremy Nobles Named PD of Life 97.9 Fargo (radio-online.com) — Fargo's Christian radio station Life 97.9 (KFNW) has promoted Jeremy Nobles to Program Director, after he served as assistant PD since early 2025. Nobles, who moved his family to Fargo as a leap of faith, says he's grateful to serve the Red River Valley community and looks forward to shaping the station's future programming.
