5. Fargo man arrested for fleeing from law enforcement at speeds over 120 mph near Fergus Falls (kfgo.com) — A Fargo man is facing charges in Otter Tail County after a state trooper clocked a Dodge Charger at up to 140 mph on I-94 before finding it abandoned in Fergus Falls. Investigators later identified the 18-year-old driver, who said he was racing back to his Fergus Falls apartment before a college curfew, and arrested him after contacting him by phone.
