The Cass County Canvassing Board will meet on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bison Room of the Cass County Annex to correct the Official Abstract of the 2020 General Election to include 385 votes county-wide that were not included at the time of the Election.

 CANVASSING BOARD AGENDA
April 7, 2021—11:00 AM

  1. Call to order

     

  • Introduction of members of the Canvassing Board (Consists of the following people or their appointed representative: County Recorder, County Auditor, Member of the Board of County Commissioners and representatives from each legislative district of the two political parties casting the most votes for governor in the most recent general election)

     

  • Oath of Office by the Clerk of District Court

     

  • Explanation/Discussion

     

  • Review the abstract of votes cast

     

  • Sign the two copies of the Abstract of Votes

     

  • Sign the vouchers for attending Canvas Meeting ($7.25 per hour)

     

  • Adjournment
