Cass County Government: Commission Approves Hire For New IT Director

Cass County Commission approved to hire Bob Henderson as the new IT Director in a unanimous vote during Monday’s Commission meeting. Mr. Henderson has been a Network Technician III for the City of Fargo for the last four years and will begin his duties with Cass County on December 13.

On November 1, the Commission appointed an IT Director Interview Committee and tasked the group with interviewing finalists and making a recommendation for hire.

Committee members included Commissioner Mary Scherling; Commissioner Rick Steen; Robert Wilson, County Administrator; Cindy Stoick, County Human Resource Director; and Rory Schmitz, Clay County IT System Administrator.
