The City of Fargo is currently conducting an evaluation of the Fargo Land Development Code (LDC) to identify and address any potential areas of improvement. The City’s project consultant, Lisa Wise Consulting, began assessing the City’s development regulations in Fall 2019. The consulting firm recently drafted a diagnostic report that details its findings. This diagnostic report will be presented to the Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting on July 7, 2020.
Interested individuals are invited to provide comments/feedback relating to the LDC Diagnostic Report, which will be included in the July 7 Planning Commission meeting packet.
