Fargo Park District: Holiday Express At Broadway Square

Kick off the holiday season and experience the magic of winter at Broadway Square on Saturday, December 4. Join us for our Holiday Express at Winterfest event from 12:00-4:00 pm.

This free Fargo Park District event partners with the Downtown Community Partnership’s Holiday Winterfest event on 2nd Avenue and takes place in the hours leading up to the Downtown Fargo Holiday Lights Parade.

Get into the holiday spirit by taking family photos in front of Broadway Square photo stations at the Christmas Tree and Broadway Square Bench, skating on the SCHEELS Skating Rink, writing and sending your letter to Santa, playing festive games and more!

There are plenty of ways to take part in holiday festivities at Holiday Express at Winterfest. Pick up your holiday treasure map to visit all the stops around The Square in downtown Fargo for a chance to win fun holiday prizes. Listen to Christmas Carolers and purchase holiday goodies for local vendors

The SCHEELS Skating Rink is open during the event with skate rentals and concessions available for purchase in the Skate Shack. Masks are required to enter the Skate Shack.
